Our Mission
World Web Limited (WWL) is established to provide Internet connectivity to a regional niche that has been overlooked by existing Internet Service Providers who prioritize the niches in Southern Nigeria.
Company Profile
 WWL provides high quality and highly personalised Internet connectivity form its base in Kaduna as a stepping-stone towards transforming into a national ISP with Points Of Presence (POPS) in selected locations and a major launching pad into the telecommunications industry.
Our team comprises of well trained and courteous staff with deeply ingrained orientation to provide professional service round the clock, bringing Internet connectivity to the doorsteps of end users.

We have designed and installed a Local Area Network (LAN) and a Wide Are network (WAN) at our POPS to put end users  into direct connectivity with our Internet backbone based in Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A.

 World Web Limited manages this extremely important issue through the following internal activities:

  • We undertake periodic polling of end users for their feedback and input, towards providing better services
  • Our mobile technicians, equipped with standby pagers, respond instantly to arrest and remedy problems, twenty four hours a day, every day.
  • Our customer service support line is always open to attend to complaints, if any.
  • Loss of service, whenever traced to a technical fault by WWL, shall entitle the subscriber to compensation in the form of special rebate, concession on tariffs and free access to the Internet for a specific period of time.
  • User sign-up is through direct contact with the end users, through telephone, online through our web page, via fax, or through our sign-up server.
